Continue our walking tour and head for the river, stroll across Charles Bridge, to view The Astronomical Clock featuring the 12 Apostles, and more wonderful views of the city. DAY 02 KARLOVY VARY - PRAGUE - KARLOVY VARY 127 km (1,5 h) (B/L/D) Karlovy Vary is probably the best known spa town in the Czech Republic. Its history begins in the 14th century, at the time of the reign of Charles IV. The healing powers of the local springs have been tested by such greats as by the Russian Tsar Peter the Great and German poet Goethe. Karlovy Vary also became famous by local manufacturing of world renowned Moser crystal, Carlsbad porcelain, SPA waffles or the herb liqueur Becherovka. Through the walk of the town centre by local guide we will visit also the most famous geyser Vřídlo (Sprudel) – gushing its mineral water to a height of almost 12 metres. After lunch you will be free to explore the town on your own afternoon departure to Prague for our River Cruise dinner on Vltava river. Overnight in Prague. DAY 03 PRAGUE-CESKY KRUMLOV 170 km ( 2 h) / CESKY KRUMLOV –CESKE BUDEJOVICE 25 km (30 min) (B/L/D) This morning, we travel to a small city in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic – Český Krumlov, best known for the fine architecture and art of the historic old town and photo stop at the Castle and Chateau of Český Krumlov is the second largest castle complex in Czech Republic and in 1992 it was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. Afternoon, at leisure for shopping Bohemian Crystal and souvenirs or you may visit one of the many café offering great coffee and cakes. Overnight in České Budejovice. DAY 04 CESKE BUDEJOVICE –JINDRICHUV HRADEC 54 km (1h) / JINDRICHUV HRADEC-TELC 41 km (45min) / TELC-BRNO 122 km (1,5 h) / BRNO- OLOMOUC 80 km (1 h) (B/L/D) Leaving Česke Budejovice, we enjoy a delightful drive through the green South of Bohemian countryside with a stop at Jindrichuv Hradec and Telc small towns under a Unesco Herritage after photo stops we will continue to Moravian towns Brno for our lunch and continue to Olomouc for a short walking tour in this historical town. We will also visit museum of famous “Olomoucke Tvaruzky“ a original cheese with the history starting from 15th Century. Our day include as well this special cheese tasting and overnight. DAY 05 OLOMOUC- WIELICZKA 280 km ( 3 h) / WIELICZKA-KRAKOW 15 km (30 min) (B/L/D) After breakfast we will cross into Poland towards Krakow, the old and charming Polish Imperial city. We will start visit to Wieliczka Salt Mine - a World-class Attraction (entrance included) which is only 10km away from Krakow, famous for its underground salt sculptures, Chapels grottos and several small lakes. Overnight in Krakow. DAY 06 KRAKOW (BLD) Today sightseeing start at Wavel Hill, Poland’s historic heartland, where the proud Gothic Cathedral and the Royal Palace stands. Then we proceed to the Medieval Old Town to view the Sukiennice Cloth Hall and the 14th century Mariacki Church. After lunch free time for own leasure. Overnight in Krakow. DAY 07 KRAKOW –BANSKA BYSTRICA 220 km ( 4 h) / BANSKA BYSTRICA - BUDAPEST 180 km (3 h) (B/L/D) We leave Krakow today, traveling south into Slovakia and through the breathtaking Tatra Mountains, where peasants still live in in traditional wooden house. Have lunch at Banska Bystrica, A city in the heart of the Slovak countryside. photo stop at Slovak National Uprising Square (SNP) to view the Black Obelisk and St.Francis Xavier Cathedral. Cross the Hungary border, traveling to its capital, Budapest, the twin cities of Buda & Pest – ‘The Queen of the Danube’. Overnight in Budapest. DAY 08 BUDAPEST (B/L/D) Tour of Budapest begins with the old city of Buda, visit the Fisherman’s Bastion and view the Matthias Church, Buda Castle and Royal Palace. Enjoy another fine view from the old citadel on Gellert Hill. After lunch, cross the Danube to the commercial Pest district. See the grandiose Parliament Building and imposing statues of the ancestors of the Hungarian people in Heroes Square. See Sports Complex and the affluent of Embassy Row. Then enjoy a romantic Danube River Cruise ride to explore this beautiful city. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore the Chain Bridge area and shop in some of the interesting local marketplace. Embark on a city tour to view significant landmarks from Ring Road to Opera House, Parliament House, Town Hall and the historic sights of Vienna. Photo stop at the St.Stephen’s Cathedral and Schönbrunn Palace the former summer residence of the Habsburg family. Overnight in Vienna. DAY 10 VIENNA-PANDORF 50 km ( 40 min) / PANDORF- ZAGREB 380 km (4 h 30 min) (B/L/D) Today we proceed to shopping at Parndorf Designer Outlet, which is one of the largest factory outlet with branded stores in Europe... After lunch we will proceed to Zagreb capital city of Croatia. Overnight in Zagreb. DAY 11 ZAGREB - LJUBJANA 140 km (1,5 h) (B/L/D) After breakfast we enjoy a half day guided tour and it will take us to Zagreb, capital city of Croatia. Cathedral and Ban Josip Jelacic Square. Continue with a walking tour of medieval upper town where you get to view the Stone-Gate, St.Mark’s Church & Lotrscak Tower. You will be given leasure time to walk around the square or enjoy a cuppa.
